Return and Refund Policy

General Return Policy

  • 30-Day Return Window: Customers have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.
  • Condition for Return: To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Return Process: Upon acceptance, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and gift cards. Contact us for questions about specific items.

Exchanges

  • First, return the original item. After approval, order the desired item. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs. Returns or exchanges not due to Tactical Medical Supplies Inc error or outside the 30-day window require customer-paid shipping fees.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return. If approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary for banks or credit card companies.

Oversized Product Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Time Frame: Within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Product: Must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Non-compliant items will be rejected.
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 20% restocking fee is applied to all oversized product returns, covering processing and restocking costs.

  • Shipping Instructions: Detailed instructions provided upon approval. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.
  • Inspection and Refund: Approval or rejection of your refund will be communicated. Approved refunds are issued minus the restocking fee.

Exchanges for Oversized Products:
